BARNUM, C. S.
Sec.1, p.2, col.5 (Springfield notes) Mr. C. S. Barnum died Tues. Feb. 11
and was buried Wednesday in Carter cemetery. His death is mourned by a
large number of family and friends.

BARNUM, JESSIE LEE 
Pine Grove - Jessie Lee Barnum, 44, died Monday, March 10, 2003, at her
home. She was a native of Woodriver, Ill., and a housewife. Survivors
include her husband, Jerry Barnum of Pine Grove; two daughters, Keidi Lee
and Button Barnum, both of Pine Grove; two sons, Carter and Chad Lee, both
of Watson; two stepsons, Jerry Barnum Jr. and Lance Barnum, both of
Springfield; her mother, Shirley Phillips Hultz of Denham Springs; her
father, Melvin Caldwell of Sacramento, Calif.; two sisters, Melvina Berry
of Baker and Myra Caldwell of Baton Rouge; one brother, Melvin Caldwell Jr.
of Harvey; and four grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday at McKneely
Funeral Home, Amite, from 6 to 9 p.m., and Thursday from 8 a.m. until the
funeral at 11. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Pine Grove.

BARNUM, LILLIAN FELDER
Funeral services for Lillian Felder Barnum, 89, sister of Eileen Hoover of
Pumpkin Center, were at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, from First Methodist
Church of Springfield. Burial was in Carter Cemetery under the direction of
Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home. Mrs. Barnum died Monday, Oct. 4, in
North Oaks Medical Center.
