BARRIOS, JASON RENE 
A resident and native of Hammond, he died Thursday, April 8, 2004, at
Charity Hospital in New Orleans. He was 31. Visitation at Harry McKneely &
Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday with a vigil
service at 7 p.m. Visitation at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Hammond, from 
9 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Wednesday, conducted by a
Dominican priest. Interment in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond.
Survived by his wife, Barbrena Authement Barrios, Ponchatoula; daughter,
Alexis Barrios; mother, Gloria Brooks Barrios, Hammond; father and
stepmother, Raymond F. Jr. and Laura Mackenzie Barrios, Convent; sister,
Bridget Barrios, Lenexa, Kan.; brother, Troy Barrios, Hammond; grandmother,
Aima Barrios Cheramie, Convent; and a sister-in-law, Celeste Miller
Barrios, Hammond. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Raymond Barrios
Sr.; grandmother, Josephine Alfonso Brooks; and grandfather, Jimmy Brooks.

BARRIOS, RICKY "SPEEDY" 
Died at 9:24 a.m. Sunday, April 20, 2003, at his residence near Kentwood.
He was 43 and a native of Marrero. Visitation was at The Lord's Church,
Kentwood, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday. Visitation at the church from 
8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev.
Chris Watkins. Interment in Greensburg Cemetery, Greensburg. Survived by a
daughter, Angie Barrios, Hammond; a brother, Randy Barrios, Kentwood;
mother, Judy Phillips, Kentwood; and an aunt, Eugenia Conti, Amite.
Preceded in death by his father Octavia Joseph Barrios. McKneely Funeral
Home, Amite, in charge of arrangements.
