BATTAGLIA, SYBAL COURTNEY
Chalmette - Sybal Courtney Battaglia, 79, died Saturday, May 12, 2001, at
Chalmette Medical Center in Chalmette. She was a native of Darlinton and a
housewife. She is survived by one son, Frank E. Battaglia Sr. of Chalmette;
one daughter, Patricia Noel of Chalmette; five grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren; and one brother, William "Bill"Courtney of Jackson. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Frank Battaglia. The Rev. Mac McGrath
conducted the graveside service this morning at Centre Cemetery,
Greensburg. McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, was in charge.
