He was 76, a native of Whitehall and a resident of Albany. He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and was retired from the Army. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Bazile of Albany; son, Eugene J. Bazile of Prairieville; three daughters, Marcia Ballard, Patricia Owens and Monica Jackson, all of Albany; two brothers, Clayton Bazile of Gonzales and Wendell Bazile of Whitehall; sister, JoAnn Bazile of Whitehall; eight grandchildren, Hope, Shanon, Brandi, Gino, Brittany, Jaci, Alex and Matthew; and three great- grandchildren, Marley, Jayden and Alli. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Evelyn Bazile; brother, John Bazile; and sister, Vivian Wales.
