BEAL, BESSIE
Bessie Beal, 87, of Ponchatoula, LA died November 2nd at Baton Rouge 
General Hospital.  Mrs. Beal is survived by five daughters; Pearl Gordon, 
Alga Brumfield, Catherine Ross, Shirley Beal and Florence Bell, five sons; 
George A. Beal, Sr., David Beal, Sr., Melvin and Joseph Beal, and one 
sister, Clementine Atkins.  She was preceded in death by her husband George 
Beal,Sr., son Willie Herman Beal and grandson Christopher Brumfield.  
Visitation will take place at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Ponchatoula on 
Friday, November 12th from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be conducted by 
Rev. Mack H. McCraney, Sr. on Saturday, November 13th at 11 a.m.  Interment 
will be at Ponchatoula Cemetery.  N. A. James Funeral Home, Inc. in charge 
of arrangements.
