BEATY, ANNIE NIEMEIER 
Annie Niemeier Beaty, 88, died Wednesday, March 7, 2001, at North Oaks
Medical Center, Hammond. She was a native of Austwell, Texas, and a recent
resident of Albuquerque, N.M. She is survived by two daughters, Glenna
Beaty Peper of Livingston, Ala., and Barbara Beaty Settoon of Hammond; one
son, Leslie Franklin Beaty of Albuquerque; 14 grandchildren and 19 great-
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Everett
Beaty; one daughter, Dr. Patricia Beaty West; and two grandchildren. The
funeral was March 11 at First United Methodist Church, Austwell, and burial
was in Tivoli Cemetery. Colonial Funeral Home, Victoria, Texas, was in
charge.
