BECNEL, EARL DENNIS, JR.
A native of New Orleans, he died at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2009, at
Kentwood Manor Nursing Home, Kentwood. He was 69 and a resident of
Kentwood. Graveside service at Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood, on Friday,
Aug. 7, at 10 a.m. Survived by his three sons and their wives, Michael and
Gina Becnel, Kentwood, David and Tanya Becnel, Slidell, and Mark and Laurie
Becnel, Picayune, Miss.; mother, Frances Becnel, New Orleans; two sisters,
Patsy Fox and Catheline Becnel, both of New Orleans; brother, Ronnie
Becnel, New Orleans; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his father, Earl Dennis Becnel Sr. Arrangements by

BECNEL, MAXIME JOSEPH 
Ponchatoula - Maxime Joseph Becnel, 77, died Sunday, April 11, 2004, at
North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond.  A native of Kenner, he is survived by
his wife, Dorothy Watts Woodard; two brothers, Donald G. Becnel of Metairie
and Oneil P. Becnel of Kenner; and one sister, Corinne Wonder of San
Antonio, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxime Alphonse
Becnel and Stella Schexnayder Becnel.  Visitation will be today at Harry
McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday
from 8 until 10:30 a.m. The funeral will be at 11 at St. Joseph Catholic
Church, Ponchatoula. Burial will be at Ponchatoula Mausoleum.  In lieu of
flowers, Masses are preferred.
