BEEMAN, DOUGLAS 
Project manager for Shell Pipeline and a resident of Ponchatoula, he died 
Thursday, May 6, 2004, at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. He was 52 and a 
native of Odessa, Texas. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. 
Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home chapel, Hammond, from 11 a.m. 
until service at 2 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Mike Horchak. Survived 
by his wife, Sandra Knight Beeman, Ponchatoula; son, Michael Douglas Beeman, 
Lewisville, Texas; granddaughter, London W. Beeman, Fort Worth, Texas; parents, 
G.C. "Pete" and Cleta Bean Beeman, Kermit, Texas; sister, Judy Gale Standefer, 
Cleveburne, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, family 
requests memorials to Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, 2222 Welborn 
St., Dallas, TX 75219 or Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 1311 Mamaroneck Ave., 
White Plains, NY 10605.
