She was 82, born March 25, 1929, in Baton Rouge. Betty enjoyed lifelong hobbies of crocheting, quilting and gardening. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, on Thursday, Sept. 22, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 23, from 8 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Religious services at St. Dominic Catholic Church, Husser, on Friday at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Howard Adkins. Interment in St. Dominic Cemetery, Husser. Survived by her son, Francis Ray Bellott and his wife, Sarah, Amite; daughter, Mary Patricia Bellott Mason and her husband, Edward, Amite; grandchildren, Michael Francis Mason and his wife, Stephanie, Amite, Catherine Ann Mason, Cincinnati, Ashton Marie Bellott and Andrew Francis Bellott, both of Amite; sister, Fay Ann Tycer Guagliardo and her husband, Frank, Hammond.
