BENDILY, JUANITA WASCOM
Greensburg - Juanita Wascom Bendily, 79 years old of Greensburg, Louisiana,
died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, in Lakeview Regional Medical Center in
Covington, Louisiana.  She was born May 17, 1927, in Holden, Louisiana,
daughter of the late William and Addie Efferson Wascom.  Mrs. Bendily was a
retired educator from Livingston Parish and St. Helena Parish School
Systems and a former educator at Southeastern Louisiana University.
Surviving are daughter, Jeannie Bendily McDonald; grandson, Barry E.
Forbes; three brothers, J. B., Ray, and Ralph Wascom; and great-grandson,
Hunter E. Forbes.  Her husband, Floyd E. Bendily, and brother William
Wascom Jr., preceded her in death.  Friends were received on Wednesday,
June 21, 2006, at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond from 6 p.m.
until 10 p.m. and after 8 a.m. on Thursday, June 22, 2006, until the Chapel
services at 10 a.m. with Rev. Beau Rice officiating.  Interment followed in
