BERNE, PEGGY HART
A native of Monticello, Miss., she died at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6,
2006, at her residence near Independence. She was 55 years old. Visitation
at Little River United Pentecostal Church, Tickfaw, on Friday from 6 p.m.
until religious service at 11 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Adrian
Spikes. Interment in Little River Cemetery, Tickfaw. She is survived by her
mother, Helen Rials Johnson, Amite; two daughters, Deaina Cox and Peggy
Davis, both of Amite; two brothers, Willie J. Hart, Amite, and A.J. Hart,
Independence; three sisters, Frances Hart, Independence, Mary Hart,
Hammond, and Geraldine Howell, Independence; and three grandchildren,
Amanda M. Reisner, Louis W. Reisner and Kendell Sue Cox. Preceded in death
by her father, Ernest Hart; and sister, Sandra Sue Hart. Arrangements by
