Poem: If I Go Should I go first and you remain To walk alone through the falling rain Alone my love you will not be As I will always walk with thee Should I go first and you remain You'll hear my voice in every song Be happy my love, look up to God Our time apart will not be long Should I go first and you must bide Forever my love, I'll be at your side To hold you through the lonely night And soon...together, we'll see God's light Should I go first and you remain Don't think we're far apart For everytime you think of me I'm right there in your heart Should I go first and you remain We'll not be apart for long For soon...together again We'll sing God's eternity song Should I go first and you remain No matter the tears that may be We'll meet again my love...my sweet On the shores of the Crystal Sea.
