BISSELL, ARTHUR DAVID 
Arthur David Bissell, 73 years old of Amite, LA, died Saturday, July 7,
2007 at his residence.  He was born Monday, October 2, 1933 in Arcadia La.
Surviving are three sons, Charles Ray Bissell, Larry David Bissell, Gary
Dean Bissell; four daughters, Elizabeth Ann Watts, Cynthia Rutherford,
Tammy Sue Martin and Gaylynn Elliot; also survived by 17 grandchildren and
12 great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by ; wife; Icie Elizabeth
Bissell, son Michael Lee Bissell, parents; Mr. and Mrs. Doss Bissell.
Friends were received Wednesday, July 1, from 8:00 a.m. until services at
the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, Louisiana. Services were
held in the funeral home chapel, at 9:00 a.m. with Rev. Iran Smith
officiating.  Interment followed in the Lee Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.

BISSELL, ICIE TILLIE 
LaPlace - Icie Tillie Bissell, 60, died Friday, Sept. 7, 2001, at River
Parishes Hospital in LaPlace. She was a native of Salinetown. Survivors
include her husband, Arthur "A.D." Bissell, LaPlace; four daughters,
Elizabeth Ann Bissell Watts, Bogalusa, Cindy Bissell Ochsner, Folsom, Tammy
Bissell Martin, Lakeland, Fla., and Gaylynn Bissell Elliott, Hammond; three
sons, Charles Ray Bissell, Bouttee, Larry David Bissell, Liberty, Texas,
and Gary Dean Bissell, Covington; four sisters, Genea Simon, Sacramento,
Calif., Marie Baker, Houston, Durainey Sue Rawls, Anchorage, Alaska, Kathy
Matthews, Tallulah; three brothers, Harmon Tillie and Allen Lee Tillie,
both of Pioneer, William Tillie, Concord; 13 grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Michael Bissell.
Visitation will be at Lee Valley Baptist Church in Uneedus on Monday from
10 a.m. until the funeral at noon. The Rev. Marvin Wilson will conduct the
service, and burial will be in the church cemetery. Harry McKneely & Son
Funeral Home in Hammond is in charge.
