BONANNO, SAMMY
Age 58 and a resident of Robert, Sammy passed away on Sunday, Oct. 30, 
2011, at his residence. "It broke our hearts to lose you but you did not go 
alone, for part of us went with you when God called you home." He was a 
shift supervisor at Honeywell. Sammy was a big fan of NASCAR, LSU and the 
Saints. He loved to host parties and cook for his family and friends. Sammy 
leaves behind his wife, Lisa Bonanno; daughters, Monica Lane Bonanno, of 
Robert, Ashley Bonanno Reeves, of Sorrento, and Amy Bonanno Schexnayder, of 
Denham Springs; grandchildren, Paige Michel, Victoria Schexnayder, Ethan 
Schexnayder, Mia Reeves and Wyatt Reeves; mother, Sadie Bonanno; sisters, 
Judith Junot, Arlette Robert and Shannon Carter; brothers, Andrew Jr. and 
Keith Bonanno; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding Sammy in 
death were his granddaughter, Olivia Grace Reeves; father, Andrew Bonanno 
Sr.; and grandparents. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to 
attend the visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, west of Hammond,
on Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 5 p.m. until the memorial service at 7 p.m. 
The Rev. Gary Dennis will officiate the service. Condolences and other

have been entrusted to Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home of Hammond.
