BONICARD, DOROTHY SUE SMITH SCARBROUGH
Dorothy "Dottie" Sue Smith Scarbrough Bonicard was born July 27, 1925
Greensboro, N.C.  She passed away February 16, 2008.  She is preceded in
death by husband, Harry Maurice Scarbrough, M.D.; daughter, Linda DePaula;
parents, C. B. Smith and Mattie Smith; sister, Helen SmithWinger.  Survived
by daughters, Maureen Scarbrough Franz and Susan Scarbrough Read; grand-
children, LaMarr DePaula, Carlton Houtz, M.D., Natalie Franz, Lisa Read
Rivers, Mary Beth Read and Christopher Read; brothers, C.B. Smith, Jr. and
Bill Smith.  Miss Dottie was a member of First United Methodist Church of
Ponchatoula where she been an active member of the United Methodist Women
and where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was also a member of
the Tangipahoa Parish Medical Auxiliary.  Miss Dottie had sold real-estate
in the local area for twenty-five years and was a life time member of the
Million Dollar Club.  A gathering will be on Thursday Feb. 21, At The First
United Methodist Church of Ponchatoula from 6:00p.m. until services at 
7:00 p.m.  In Lieu of flowers, make donations to First Methodist United
Church, 200 East Pine St.; Ponchatoula, LA 70454; Alzheimer's Association,
Alzheimer Memory Walk, c/o Dogwood Forest, 1294 Highway 54 W.;
Fayetteville, GA 30214; American Cancer Society Relay for Life c/o North
Fayette UMC, 847 New Hope Rd., Fayetteville, GA 30214.
