BORDENAVE, KATHRYN LOUISE SHERMAN
Kathryn "Kitty" Bordenave, 69, of Hammond, passed away on December 3rd at 
her home with her sister by her side.  She was a retired educator with 
degrees from Grambling College and California State University in San 
Francisco as well as a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.  She leaves to 
mourn Joseph W. Sherman, her brother and Sandra S. Landry, her sister, four 
nephews; Nathaniel (Tracy) Landry, Jr. Joseph Sherman, II, Kevin (Terese) 
Landry and Jonathan Spiller, one great nephew, Andrew Landry, two great 
neices; Kayla and Olivia Landry, One aunt Mary Ann Buckhalter of Compton, 
CA and a host of cousins and friends.  Pleasant Zion Baptist Church 3317 
Toledano St. New Orleans, LA, will host visitation at 8:30 am on Saturday 
until the funeral service, at 10 a.m. officiated by Rev. Kenneth Thompson.
Interment will follow at Providence Memorial Park in Metairie, LA.  N. A. 
James Funeral Home of Hammond, LA in charge of arrangements.
