BORGARDT, ALEX
Mr. Alex Borgardt, 90 years old of Hammond, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 in
Belle Maison Nursing Home.  He was born Sunday, October 22, 1916 in
Chicago, Illinois.  Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Ron and
Betty Borgardt; 4 grandchildren, Tammie Mannino, Timmy Borgardt, Gary
Borgardt, Debbie Grice; 11 great-grandchildren, Paul and Samantha Mannino,
Timothy, Jeremy and Danny Borgardt, Chad, Paige and Brooke Borgardt,
Jerrell, Brittany and Blaine Grice and his sister, Dorothy Borgardt.  He is
preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary Sagan Borgardt, his great-grandson,
Sean Borgardt; parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.  A Memorial Service will
be held at a later date.  Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home is in charge of

BORGARDT, ROSEMARY SAGAN
Schaumberg, Ill. -- Rosemary Sagan Borgardt, 84, died Sunday, Aug. 15,
2004, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond.  A native of Downer's Grove,
Ill., she was a self-employed handwriting analyst and homemaker.  She is
survived by her husband, Alex Borgardt of Metairie; one son, Ronald
Borgardt of Kenner; two brothers, Ray Sagan of Schaumberg and Jim Sagan of
Florida; one sister, Sophia Thompson of Des Plaines, Ill.; four grand-
children and 11 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her
parents, Michael and Valeria Gudylak Sagan; and one brother, Joseph Sagan.
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, was in charge.
