BRANLEY, RACHAEL CHERIE 
Rachael Cherie Branley, 17, died Sunday, Feb. 24, 2002, in Dacula, Ga., in
an automobile accident. She was a native of Monroe and a student at
Southeastern Louisiana University. She is survived by her mother, Kathleen
Theresa Branley; grandmother, Aline Branley; and two brothers, Curtis
Dwayne Powell and Jason Michael Powell. Visitation will be Thursday at L.A.
Muhleisen & Son, 2929 Metairie Road, Metairie, from 6 to 9 p.m. A memorial
service will be Saturday at 3 p.m.
