A resident of Hammond, he died Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was 38 and a native of Baker. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22. Visiting in the funeral home chapel from 8 a.m. Thursday until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Ripp and Deacon Larry Melancon. Interment in Azalea Park Cemetery, Zachary. Survived by his mother, Lana Campbell Stanford of Hammond; father, James Brannon of Zachary; stepfather, William Stanford of Hammond; stepmother, Reba Brannon of Zachary; two daughters, Rachel and Misty Stanford; two sons, Carter and Jacob Brannon; a sister, Shannon Forstall; maternal grandmother, Florence Campbell of Ponchatoula; paternal grandmother, Lois Newman of Fort Worth, Texas; a half-sister, Sara Brannon; a stepsister, Terri McKamie; three stepbrothers, Marty Bijou and Greg and Scott Stanford; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by a son, Daniel Brannon; a sister, Rachel Brannon; maternal grandfather, the Rev.
