BRODDICK, RUTH K. SMITH 
Funeral services for Ruth K. Smith Broddick, 80, were Friday, Nov. 19, from
Geisler Funeral Home of Hammond. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery. Mrs.
Broddick died Wednesday, Nov. 17, in North Oaks Medical Center. Survivors
are a daughter, Susanne Smith Navarre of Ponchatoula; two stepdaughters,
Elaine Leist, Germany, and Susan Thibodaux, LaRose; one son, E.W. "Sonny"
Smith of Nashville, Tenn.; two stepsons, Louis Broddick of Hammond and Paul
Broddick of McKinney, Texas; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
