BRONDUM, THELMA MAHNER 
Albany - Thelma Mahner Brondum, 86, died Tuesday, April 8, 2003, in
Mandeville at the home of her son, Leonard C. Brondum. She was a native of
New Orleans. In addition to her son, she leaves one daughter, Cathy Chancey
Westmoreland of Albany; one sister, Patricia Hanson of Gulf Shores, Ala.;
12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. She
was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard C. Brondum Sr., two sons, Roy
J. and Robert K. Brondum; one grandson; and one brother, Arthur F. Mahner,
Jr. The Rev. Joe Dunn will conduct a private graveside service at Bethlehem
Baptist Church in Albany. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
Hospice of St. Tammany, 1202 S. Tyler St., Covington, 70433 or Bethlehem
Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 1030, Albany 70711. Geisler Funeral
Home, Albany, is in charge.
