BROWERS, JANICE GAY MELANSON 
Decatur, Ark. - Janice Gay Melanson Browers died Wednesday, June 21, 2000,
at Northwest Medical Center, Springdale, Ark. She was a native of Baton
Rouge, a retired district sales manager for Motorola and a member of
Decatur United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Marvin L.
Browers; three daughters, Laura Munson Kirby, Greensburg, Linda Munson
Hudnall, Tickfaw, Michelle Munson Hetzinger, Baton Rouge; son, George
William Munson III, Richland, Pa.; stepson, Wes Potter, Colcord, Ark.; 12
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sister, Melanie Melanson Boyce,
Baton Rouge; and brother, Michael Forrest Melanson, Crowley. A sister,
Mamie Jan Melanson Welch, preceded her in death. Visitation will be at
Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Ark., tonight from 6 to 8. The funeral
will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Decatur Methodist Church, Decatur, and
burial will be in Falling Springs Cemetery. Arrangements are pending for a
memorial service in Baton Rouge next week.
