He was a lifelong resident of Ponchatoula. He is survived by three daughters, Samella Young of Jackson, Ga., Yolanda Brown of Baton Rouge and Misty Brown of New Orleans; one son, Edward Brown of New Orleans; and three sisters, Margaret Watts, Martha Brown and Yvonne Elzy, all of Ponchatoula. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Adell Brown; and one brother, Johnny Mac Brown. The Rev.
