BRUMITT, EARL
Earl Brumitt, 79, a retired postal worker and retired military veteran,
died Tuesday, June 15, 2004 at North Oaks Medical Center.  He was a native
of Louisville, Ky., a member of the American Legion and served his country
first in the U.S. Marine Corps, then in the U.S. Air Force.  Survivors
include his wife, Manda Jane Brumitt; his sister, Rosemary Wilson; and four
grandchildren.  The funeral was this afternoon, and burial was in Rose
Memorial Park Cemetery.  Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, was in
charge.
