Walker - Thomas Evert Bryson Sr., 82, died Tuesday, March 12, 2002, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge. He was a native of Verdon, Neb., a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II, past master and member of Hurd Merrill Masonic Lodge and a member of Satsuma Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mina Lee "Terry" Terrell Bryson of Walker; two sons, Thomas E. Bryson of Satsuma and Ralph B. Bryson Sr. of Singapore; one daughter, Glenda B. Gautreau of Denham Springs; 10 grand- children and 23 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph J. and Bertha Carroll Bryson; one daughter, Terry Jean Sylvest; two brothers, Richard Bryson and Ralph A. Bryson; one sister, Bertha Mae Sanders; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Thursday at Satsuma Baptist Church from 3 to 9 p.m. with a Masonic service at 7 and Friday from 9 a.m. until the Rev. Leon Terrell and Rev. A.L. Palmer conduct the funeral at 11. Burial will be in Satsuma Baptist Church Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Satsuma Baptist Church Building Fund, 29880 Satsuma Road, Livingston 70754.
