BUDGEWATER, THELMA KNIGHTON "TEENIE"     
A retired social worker and a resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 
1:05 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2007, in Baker. She was 55 and a native of
Plaquemine, and Theresa K. Williams of Baton Rouge; two brothers and a
sister-in-law, Adron and Margaret Knighton of Chicago and Gill H. Knighton
of Baton Rouge. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alretha Knighton
and Adron Knighton Sr.; and brothers, Huey L. Porter and Dennis R.
Knighton. She was a graduate of Capitol High School and earned her bachelor
and master of science degrees in social work from Southern University.
Arrangements by Rhodes United Fidelity Funeral Home, 2929 Scenic Highway.
