She was a native of Liverpool. Survivors include her husband, the Rev. Wardell Dyson Sr.; four sons, John Williams Sr., Anthony and Paul Dyson, all of Kentwood, and the Rev. Wardell Dyson Jr., Hammond; four daughters, Cynthia Dyson-Reason of Baton Rouge and Mae Berry, Bonnie Pool and Patricia Dyson, all of Kentwood; five sisters, Margarita Burton of Carterville, Ga., Caretha Turner of Baton Rouge and Lucille Archie, Shirley Davis and Libby Elie, all of Clinton; two brothers, Willie Burton of Baton Rouge and Isaac Burton of Fresno, Calif.; her mother, Reva McIntyre of Baton Rouge; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her father, Thomas James Burton, and siblings, Thomas, James, Freddie Burton, Helen Imes and Eric Reason, preceded her in death. Visitation will be at Oak Grove AME Church, Kentwood, tonight from 6 to 9. The Rev. Ray Jackson and Bishop T.L. Kirkland will conduct the funeral Wednesday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Hookfin/Womack Cemetery, Kentwood. Richardson Funeral Home, Amite, is in charge of arrangements. ***************************************************************************
