He was 99 and a native of Catano, Puerto Rico. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of World War II, a retired Merchant Marine and a member of the National Maritime Union. Visitation at First Pentecostal Church, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and after 8 a.m. Monday. Religious services at the church at 10 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Willie Holland. Interment in Sand Hill Cemetery. Survived by three daughters, Lemeld Lavigne, Ponchatoula, Catherine Domiano, Hammond, and Bobbie Poche, Sulphur; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his wife, Mollie Robertson Caceres; a daughter, Buna Kinchen; a son, William H. Graham; and a grandson, Wallace Edwards. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to First Pentecostal Church, 43016 E. Pleasant Ridge Road, Hammond, LA 70403.
