CAMELO, GEORGE JOHN, SR.
Mr. George John Camelo Sr., 73 years old of Hammond, passed away Friday, 
November 25, 2011, at North Oaks Medical Center.  He was born on Wednesday, 
April 6, 1938, in Hammond, son of the late John Batiste and Josephine 
Ferrara Camelo.  Surviving are his son, George John Camelo Jr., daughter & 
son-in-law, Christian Camelo Scivicque and Gabe Scivicque, granddaughter, 
Maci Scivicque, and his brother & sister-in-law, Nicholas and Diane Camelo.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, from 9:30 am
until 10:30 am at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond.  A Mass of 
Christian Burial will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, on Wednesday, 
November 30, 2011 at 10:30 am.  Interment will follow in the Greenlawn 
Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be 
made to the American Cancer Society.  An on-line guest book is available at
