She was born on Tuesday, March 7, 1916, in Hammond. Surviving are 2 sons, Henri Campo, Vincent Campo; son and daughter-in-law, Albert and Natalina Campo; daughter, Mary Campolongo Forminio; sister, Phyllis Monistere Canizaro Dixon also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband, Joseph P. Campo; parents, Albert Monistere and Ida Vitale Monistere; four brothers and five sisters. Friends will be received Monday, January 21, 2008, at Holy Ghost from 9:00 a.m. until Mass at 11:00 a.m. Services will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, Monday, January 21, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be private. She was 75 and a native of Mount Hermon. Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home on Sunday, June 10, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday, June 11, from 1 p.m. until religious service at 2 p.m. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. She is survived by a sister, Maxie Bennet of Roseland; a brother, Sam McElveen of Denham Springs; and two nieces, Pam Ensor and Rhonda McElveen, both of Denham Springs. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Henry B. Shaw and Leroy Eugene Campo; and parents, Marvin and Winnie McElveen.
