CARSON, KATE LAURA HARRELL 
Mobile, Ala. - Kate Laura Harrell Carson, 92, died. She was a native of St.
Helena Parish. Survivors include a daughter, Sharon Carson Logan; two
granddaughters and four great- grandchildren. She was preceded in death by
her husband, Herman A. Carson; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sim B. Harrell; a
brother, I.N. Harrell; and four sisters, Alma Harrell Hoffstadt, Myrtis
Harrell Allen, Wilka Harrell Barlotta and Verah Harrell Reaves. Burial will
be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Red Bluff Cemetery, Greensburg. McKneely Funeral
Home, Amite, is in charge of local arrangements.
