Thompson Funeral Home, Hammond, LA CASTIGLIA, ANTHONY J. Age 75 and a longtime resident of Hammond, Tony passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at his residence. Tony served in the U.S. Army and was known as a hard worker as he worked in the construction field most of his career. Tony will be missed by all who knew him. Tony leaves behind his son, Anthony ÒT.J.Ó Castiglia and wife Vanessa; grandson, Carson Miller Castiglia; mother, Nancy Marie Adams; step-mother, Helen Castiglia and brother, Benjamin P. Castiglia. Interment was in Greenlawn Cemetery. Born in Cefalu, Italy, she had been a resident of Hammond for the past 46 years. She was the sister of the late Mrs. Phillip Gugliuzza, who preceded her in death two months ago.
