She was a native of Wesson, Miss. She is survived by one son, Frank Shaun Cataldo of Hammond; two sisters, Alma S. Wiltshire and Katie Dickerson, both of Wesson, Miss.; and one brother, Morris Strickland of Kentwood. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Rosato Cataldo; two sisters, Bernice Sanders and Edna Upton; two brothers, J.W. and Austin Strickland; and her parents, Walter and Carrie Henderson Strickland. Visitation will be Saturday at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 8 a.m. until the Rev. Leslie Courtney Jr. conducts the funeral at 10. He was 72. Survived by his wife, Betty Strickland Cataldo, Hammond; a son, Frank Shawn Cataldo, Hammond; six sisters, Jennie Jacobs, Portland, Ore., Lena Gleber and Josie Denoux, both of Metairie, Rose Morgan, Hammond, Gracie Fowler, Oakdale, and Lucy Blount, Hammond; and a brother, Kelly M. Rosata, Ponchatoula. Preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Latino, Sarah Holden and Virginia Cataldo; and a brother, John Rosata. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday and after 8 a.m. Friday. Religious services in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Friday, conducted by a Dominican priest.
