She was a native of Union Town, Ala., and an active worker for the Tangipahoa Parish Food Pantry. She is survived by three daughters, Carolyn Russo of Slidell, Jacqueline Mutz of Lacombe and Catherine Cheever of Denver; two brothers, Robert DeLoach of Anniston, Ala., and Donald DeLoach of Union Springs, Ala.; one sister, Cecil Ellen Etheridge of Attala, Ala.; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Shirley Lee Cheever; three brothers, Woodrow, Sole and Carl DeLoach. Visitation will be Saturday at Geisler Funeral Home, Hammond, from noon until the funeral at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens, Hammond. ***************************************************************************
