CLAPPER, RONALD DEAN
Mr. Ronald Dean Clapper, 74 years old of Ponchatoula, died Thursday, March
1, 2007 at his residence.  He was born Monday, July 18, 1932 in Everett,
Pennsylvania, son of the late Blair and Vera Smith Clapper.  Surviving are
his wife, Janice Hawks Clapper and daughter, Loraine Hobbs; grandson, Jason
Hobbs; and his sister, Cleo Weimer.  He was preceded in death by brother,
Lester Clapper.  Friends will be received Monday, March 5, 2007 from 
6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son in Hammond.  A Memorial
Service will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, Monday,
March 5, 2007 at 8:00 pm with Rev Bob Deich officiating.  In lieu of
flowers, donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church of
