She was born on Tuesday, June 13, 1989, in Covington. Surviving are her mother, Deborah Clayton; brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Ursanie Clayton; sister, Julie Clayton, Hammond; grandparents, Ethel and George Martens, Hammond; grandmother, Marion Clayton, Tickfaw; She is greatly loved by aunt, Cheryl Martens, aunt and uncle, Lisa and Perry Wainwright, cousins, Sabra, Madison, and Lew Wainwright, aunts, Betty Font, Mary Ann Sharp, Janet Blount, Sandra Clayton, and Joyce McDonald, and her dear pets, ChiChi and Lucy. Special thanks to Deborah's aunt and uncle Ruby and Benny Thornton and their son and daughter-in-law, Danny and Donna for all their help and standing by Deborah at the St. Louis Children's Hospital. Donald L.Clayton, 52, of Lorain, Ohio, died Thursday, January 25, 2007 in New Life Hospice in Lorain following a lengthy illness. He was born in July 1954 in Hammond, La. He graduated from Hammond High School and moved to Lorain at the age of 31. Donald attended Faith Ministries Christian center in Lorain. He enjoyed cooking, music, socializing and being with his family.
