Survived by her husband, John Cline, Kentwood; six daughters, Kathryn Deville, Zachary, Judith Layman, Chicago, Jacqueline Marriner, Belfast, Mass., Mary Jane Van Meenen, Watson, Catherine Hall, Belfast, and Winnifred Libby, Lincolnville, Mass.; a son, Michael Cline, Satsuma; 20 grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren; and a brother, Michael Lubecke, Denham Springs. *************************************************************************** Obituary published in The Hammond Daily Star on: 11/19/2001 CLINES, CHARLES EDWARD Charles Edward Clines, 55, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2001, at his home. He was a native of Mississippi. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn S. Clines; two daughters, Shelia Brumfield of Hammond and Felicia Perkins of Walker; six sons, Ricardo D. Clines of Hammond, Greg Brumfield Sr. of Fort Polk, Mickale Fairley of Wiggins, Miss., Charles Clines Jr. of Houston, Christopher Clines and Charles Clines, both of Covington; one brother, Hilton Ray Clines of New Orleans; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilton and Ophelia Clines and one brother. Visitation will be Tuesday at N.A. James Funeral Home, Hammond, from 3 to 7 p.m. The funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at New Home Ministries, Hammond.
