COFIELD, PETRA
Petra Cofield, age 78, a native of Victoria, Texas and a resident of
Hammond, Petra passed away Thursday, February 21, 2008 at her residence.
She retired from North Oaks Medical Center in the Housekeeping Department.
She is survived by two sons, Ellis C. and Roman Cofield of Hammond;
daughter, Eloise Vizier of Cut Off, La; sister, Refugia Nino of Pasadena,
Texas; five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and one on the way.
Petra was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis C. Cofield, Sr.,
aughter, Virginia Cofield and one great granddaughter, Haley Jade Cofield.
Visitation will be at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home Sunday beginning at
12:30 p.m. until the funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Wayne Yates will
conduct the services and interment will in the Albany Hungarian
Presbyterian Church Cemetery.  Condolences and other information available
