He was a native and resident of Ponchatoula, a marine welder and a U.S. Marine veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his daughter, Sharon and her husband, Jackie Drago; son, Eddie and his wife, Brenda Collier; daughter, Julie and her husband, Matthew Short; grandchildren, Amanda, Dubie, and Matthew; great-grandchild, Breydyn Collier; and two sisters, Mrs. Dominick (Ruth) Buzzetta and Mrs. Lawrence (June) Guagliardo.
