She was 79. Visiting at New Light Baptist Church on Monday, Dec. 31, from 8 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Gil Wright. Interment in Port Hudson National Cemetery. Survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Mildred and Mitchell Johnson and Lena and Louis London; two sons, Lafaye Cossett and companion Lois Harris and Raymond Cossett and companion Lorena Prelow, all of Baton Rouge; four sisters, Elnora Givens and Rebecca White, both of Zachary and Olivia Keylen and Whilhemenia Primus, both of Hammond; two brothers and sisters-in-law, the Rev. Hamp Jr. and Mag Collier and the Rev. Lenton and Betty Collier, of Hammond; nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister, brother and granddaughter.
