COSTLEY, PERLEY 
Perley Costley, 68, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2002, at University Hospital, New
Orleans. He is survived by one daughter, Eartha Costley; four sisters,
Shelia Costley, Mercedes Costley, Sally Fleming and Deserie Brown; seven
brothers, Barnett Holly, Albert Costley, Bradford Costley, Ulysses Costley,
Kevin Costley, Timothy Costley and Robert Fleming. He was preceded in death
by his parents, two brothers and one daughter. Visitation will be Friday at
New Day Baptist Church, Hammond, from 4 to 8 p.m. The Rev. Albert Carter
will conduct the funeral Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Holly Gardens
Cemetery, Hammond. N.A. James Funeral Home, Hammond, is in charge.
