COWEN, FRANK B., SR.
Frank B. Cowen, Sr., 71, of Ponchatoula, passed away Saturday, September 4,
at Hotel Dieu in New Orleans.  He was a lifelong resident of Tangipahoa
parish.  Funeral services were Monday from Thomas Funeral Home in
Ponchatoula; interment was in Wetmore Cemetery.  He is survived by his
widow, the former Josie Drott; one son, Frank B. Cowen, Jr.; two daughters,
Mrs. Betty Joiner and Miss Joyce Cowen of Ponchatoula; six brothers,
Everett, M. A. and Steven Cowen of Ponchatoula, Ellenaer Cowen of Utica,
N.Y., Louis Cowen of Wesson, Miss.; two grandsons, Sonny Joiner and Daniel
Cowen.
