He was 39 and a native of Independence. Visiting was at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday. Visiting in the funeral home chapel from 1 p.m. until religious services at 3 p.m. Sunday, conducted by the Rev. Henry Hall. Interment in Salem Cemetery, Walker. Survived by a sister and her companion, Joyce Shelton and Norman Sandifer, Walker; a brother and sisters-in-law, Ronald "Reno" and Frances Turbeville, Walker; two nieces, Jenna Shelton and Brandi Turbeville; two nephews, John "Bubba" Shelton and Dustin Turbeville; fiancee, Barbara Dunlap and her three children and four grandchildren; a stepdaughter and four stepsons; first wife, Sandra Nevels; and second wife, Molly Sullivan. Preceded in death by his mother, Jane Goff; and stepfather, J.M. "Red" Goff. Pallbearers will be Clarence Dunlap Jr.; Domingo Zapata, Richard Boudreaux, Michael Graham, Randy "Shot Gun" Martin, James, "Jim Dandy" Rohner and Clifton "C.L."
