She was 66 and a native of Tylertown, Miss. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday. Visiting at the funeral home chapel from 8 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Rick Ledoux. Interment in Parklawn Memorial Gardens. Survived by her husband, Ralph F. Crockett of Hammond; a daughter, Sue C. Miller of Hammond; two sons, William G. Crockett II of New Orleans and Ralph F. Crockett Jr. of Hammond; two grandchildren and a great- grandson; two sisters, Pat Henley of Bogalusa and Mary Ruth Popwell of Tylertown; five brothers, John Hines of Hammond, Doyle Hines of Bogalusa, Harlon Ingram of Hammond, W.T. "Bill" Ingram of Folsom and James Ingram of Bogalusa; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a native of Bogalusa and a resident of Covington. Survivors include her daughters, Darlene Crockett and Caroline Crockett, both of Covington; her sons, Tommy, Melvin and Donnell Crockett, all of Covington, Dennis Crockett of Madisonville, and Michael Crockett of Tacoma, Wa.; her sisters, Ruth Garrett, Rose Mary Fabre, Willie Mae Bradford and Lena Baham, all of Covington, Zora Abbott, Las Vegas, Carol Johnson, Tacoma, Wash., and Patricia Burton, Miss.; her brothers, O.B. Alexander Jr., Covington, and Randolph Alexander, Fort Worth, Texas; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday from 5 to 6 p.m. with the service following at 7 p.m. at Doughty Chapel in Covington.
