She was born April 24, 1934 in Independence and was 78 years of age. She worked over 30 years for Croft Metals. Survived by one daughter, Trudy Armfield and husband, Robin; one son, Wayne Ford and wife, Sybil; three sisters, Eva Mae Carney, Charlene Mandella, Rachael Costanza; one brother, Charles Walter Ford, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husband, Tommie Joe Crow; parents, Charles and Eva Jones; daughter, Tracy Lynette Ford; son, Ronnie Lee Ford; three sisters, Betty Morris, Mary Jones, "Peggy" Micelli, and Easter Costanza; and four brothers, Lee, C.T., Bobby and Johnny Jones. She was born October 24, 1939 in Merkel, TX to the late William "Bill" Riley and Clara Dye Smelser and was a resident of Loranger, LA. She was the beloved wife of the late William "Bill" Joseph Crow; mother of Sidney Lea Crow Duffy, Catherine Del Crow Schexnayder, Allison Kay Crow Rabalais and Sally Ann Crow; sister of James "Sam" Samuel Smelser. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Crow grew up in Big Spring, TX where she lived, graduated high school and was a member of the Eastern Star and Wesley United Methodist Church. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, November 30, 2007 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel at E.J.
