DARNELL, DOROTHY MYERS 
Ponchatoula - Dorothy Myers Darnell, 59, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2002, at
North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. She was a native of Gloucester, Va. She
is survived by her parents, Thomas A. and Grace S. Myers of Oak Hill, Fla.;
two daughters, Misti A. Darnell of Destrehan and Layla E. Darnell of
Denver; two sons, Charles A. Darnell of Ponchatoula and Robert O. Darnell
of Metairie; two sisters, Joan Johnson of Tecumseh, Mich., and Linda Day of
Oak Hill, Fla.; two brothers, Thomas and David Myers, both of Oak Hill,
Fla.; and four grandchildren. A memorial service was today at Highland
Baptist Church, Metairie. N.A. James Funeral Home, Hammond, was in charge.
