She is survived by her mother, Denise Labonte McDaniel of Moss Point, La.; a daughter, Kristen Hoyt & her husband, Jonathan of Independence; two sons, LCPL Devan Combs & his wife, Jolene, and PFC Brett Combs both who are serving in the USMC and in Johnson City; a sister Misty Poma of Jonesville, Wisconsin; a brother, Ted DeCelle & his wife Kim of Hammond, La.; a granddaughter, Alyssa Hoyt; 2 nieces, Madison & Akasha; 2 nephews, Sean & Talon; her best friend, Kimberly Deel and her little dog "Tink". She is preceded in death by her father, Theodore DeCelle; and a brother, Douglas Joseph DeCelle. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 26, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until the service at 7:00 p.m. at Geisler Funeral Home in Ponchatoula. Claremont N.H. - Theodore R. DeCelle, 58, died Monday, April 1, 2002, at his home of a sudden illness. He was a native of Fort Edward, N.Y., was employed as a pile driver on the oil rigs in Saudi Arabia, worked for the Tarkett Co. in Johnson City, Tenn., in the construction and carpentry business and was a member of the Sugar River Mills Tenants Association. He is survived by a son, Theodore DeCelle II of Hammond; two daughters, Dena DeCelle of Jefferson City, Tenn., and Missty Petrie of Janesville, Wis.; three brothers, Paul and Richard DeCelle, both of Claremont, N.H., and Robert DeCelle of Detroit; six sisters, Harriet Melcher of Claremont, Rita Ferland of Unity, N.H., Florence Angelo of Hummelstown, Pa., Bonnie Durgin and Linda Bullis, both of Newport, N.H., and Francine Wheeler of Claremont; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Douglas J. DeCelle; a brother, William Sexton; and a sister, Juanita Austin. Bishop Andrew Doherty will conduct the funeral Friday at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in Ascutney, Vt. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Newport, N.H.
