DEICHMANN, BETTY VIVIAN GINDRAT 
Betty Vivian Gindrat Deichmann, died Friday, October 31, at her residence 
in McKinney, Texas. She was a life long resident of New Orleans, LA, until 
Hurricane Katrina, when she moved with her daughter to Dallas. She was 78 
years of age.  She is survivied by 3 daughters, Elizabeth Ann Deichmann 
Parker of Amite, LA; Helen Clair Deichmann Gagliano of McKinney, TX and 
Ruth Vivian Deichmann Conrad of Amite, LA. Mother-in-law of Richard Parker, 
Michael Gagliano and Joe Conrad Jr. She was the daughter of the late Paul 
Timothy Gindrat and the late Madeleine Sollberger Gindrat Woodfin and 
sister of the late Daniel Lucien Gindrat.  Grandchildren: John Joseph 
Conrad, Hammond, LA; Michelle Lynn Nunez Scott, Covington, LA; Ricci Lynn 
Parker, Madisonville, LA; Christopher Paul Conrad, Amite, LA and Jodi 
Catherine Conrad, Hammond, LA.  Great Grandchildren: Tyler and Chase Scott, 
Riley Kokemor, Kade, Jayda and Ethan Conrad.  A Memorial Service will be
held at E.J. Feilding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA on 
Thursday November 13, 2008 at 7 pm. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m.
