He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, a native of Varnado and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. He was retired from American Box, Magnolia, Miss. Survivors include his wife, Ada B. Didon, Summit; two sons, Bobby Didon of Jayess and E.J. Didon of Summit; daughter, Kay Colvin of Bartow, Fla.; two brothers, Gerald Didon of McComb, Miss., and James Didon of Magnolia; sister, Jeanette Bothwell of Houston; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchildren. A daughter, Barbara Lee Didon, and a grandchild preceded him in death as did two sisters, Ella Mae Lebe and Willie Faye Didon, and two brothers, Jessie and Robert Didon. Visitation will be at Hartman Funeral Home, McComb, tonight from 5 to 9 and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until the funeral at 10 a.m. The Rev. Tom Burris and Dr. David Millican will conduct the service, and burial will be in Tangipahoa Cemetery, Tangipahoa. ***************************************************************************
