DOTSON, JAMES W.
James Dotson, 52, native of New Orleans, died November 13th, at his home in 
Ponchatoula.  He was a valued employee of Dillard's in Hammond.  He is 
survived by his wife Darlean F. Dotson; mother Helen Varnado; two daughters 
Jamkika Dotson and Kaila Dotson; two sons Lorenzo and Darryck Fox, four 
sisters Barbara Burton, Shenitha Pridgen, Denise Ellis and Dorothy Dillon; 
four brothers Larry, Donald, Dennis and Reginald Varnado; eight grand 
children and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  He is 
preceded in death by his parents Henry and Viola Dotson.  Visitation will 
take place at Still Water Baptist Church in Hammond on November 19th from 
5-10 p.m. Funeral services will follow on Saturday at 12:00 Noon and be 
conducted by Rev. Lonnie Tucker.  Interment in Holly Gardens Cemetery.
